These Terms of Purchase constitute a legally binding agreement between FLAUNT® and all customers accessing our website and completing purchase transactions. By browsing our website, adding items to cart, and submitting checkout orders, you fully acknowledge, understand, and agree to accept all store policies including these purchase terms, shipping policy, privacy policy, return policy, and customer service regulations.

All product prices displayed on our website are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Final checkout prices include all sitewide discounts, seasonal promotions, and coupon deductions applied at the time of purchase. Product prices do not cover international customs duties, import taxes, tariff fees, or local administrative charges imposed by your destination country’s customs authority. All cross-border local fees are the customer’s sole responsibility.

Product inventory, design availability, and displayed prices are subject to real-time change without prior notice due to stock updates, material cost adjustments, seasonal promotion switches, and product iteration upgrades. Limited-time summer sales and sitewide discounts are valid only during specified promotional periods and while supplies last. We reserve the right to terminate promotions early once inventory is sold out.

All FLAUNT® SQUARE® phone cases and accessories are designed exclusively for personal consumer use. Mass bulk purchasing, commercial resale, store redistribution, secondary market sales, and wholesale reselling of our products are strictly prohibited without official written authorization from our brand team. We reserve the right to refuse orders suspected of resale behavior.

All website content including brand logos, product designs, photography, copywriting, layout styles, and graphic elements belong to FLAUNT® and are protected by intellectual property laws. No unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, commercial use, or platform redistribution is permitted.

If any individual clause within these terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid by legal standards, the remaining terms will remain fully effective and legally binding. We reserve the right to update these purchase terms at any time, and continued website usage after updates indicates full acceptance of revised terms.
